Citrine is my absolute favorite crystal. It is like warm, golden honey on a cold day. A personal piece of your own sunshine. It can vary in color from a smokey amber to a bright, warm yellow which is usually created by heat treating amethyst.
It is mainly found in Argentina, Brazil, and Madagascar. It has been used in jewelry as early as 300 BC. It is a birthstone for November, but also great for Aries, Libra, and Leo sun signs. It is supportive of the solar plexus chakra to gain self confidence, break out of a rut and to manifest that abundance! I carry some in my wallet and have an abundance bowl with some in it in the back left corner of my house. You don't have to carry the weight of the world in your shoulders with Citrine. You can hold it in your left hand and meditate and set your intentions for optimism into this crystal.
